Psychosocial Hazards

Psychosocial Hazards

Psychosocial hazards refer to aspects of work that have the potential to cause psychological or physical harm through
interactions between employees and their work environment. These hazards can arise from organizational factors,
such as job demands, lack of support, interpersonal relationships, and workplace culture. Worker compensation
programs in many provinces and territories accept psychological injuries in the workplace.
