Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing a course at National Safety Services Inc.

All courses must be completed within 90 calendar days of purchase.

We strive to provide excellent products and services to our clients. However, if you wish to get a refund, you are eligible under the following circumstances.

In order to be eligible for a refund:

The course may not be activated, started or completed.

The refund must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.

After we receive your refund request, our team will reach out to begin processing the refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method. Credit card payments may take up to 5 to 10 business days to appear on your credit card statement. Any additional refund or transactional fees are to be paid by the purchaser and are non-refundable.
