I purchased a course but did not receive my username and password set-up.

Confirmation e-mails with username are sent within 24 hours of purchase. Please send a follow up e-mail to support@nationalsafety.ca if you have not received it within that time period.  

The National Safety Learning Management System (LMS) Brightspace will email you login information within 24 hours of purchase.

We have produced many customized courses for clients and would be happy to discuss development of one for your team. We are always making new courses available, check back frequently for new offerings. Follow us on LinkedIn for updates.

Login to the National Safety Brightspace site and access your user profile. This can be found by clicking on your name where it appears on the top right-hand side of the page and selecting “Profile” from the options. Once you have navigated to your profile, near the top of the page you’ll find a heading called “Awards Showcase”. Any certificates you have earned from a National Safety training course will appear there for you to re-download.

If you have forgotten your username and/or password, please reach out to us at support@nationalsafety.ca for assistance. Please include the First and Last name and email address of the affected account.

Many of our online courses can be delivered in-person, and customized to your organization, if required. Please reach out to us at support@nationalsafety.ca to discuss with a member of our team.

Purchasing FAQs

How do I purchase multiple courses for myself?

Simply select the courses you are purchasing for yourself, and you will be provided your login information via e-mail after completing your purchase. For each course you select and purchase, you will receive an individual confirmation email notifying you of your successful enrollment.

Additional Option: For bulk purchases, you may be approved to pay by invoice with the provision of a purchase order.

If your organization is purchasing more than one course for multiple people, National Safety can develop a customized landing page for your organization featuring your Logo, branding, and colors. National Safety is also able to host independent SCORM packages, and customer developed training. Reach out to a support@nationalsafety.ca for more information.

Need to enroll more than 1 person?

If you’re purchasing a course for multiple people, our checkout system can only capture information for one participant. Please download our User Information Intake File, before you purchase a course for multiple participants. For seating purposes, we need the first name, last name, and email of each participant. Simply download the file, fill in all appropriate fields for each participant that will be enrolling in the course, and email it to us once you’ve made your purchase. 

If you have further questions, please reach out to National Safety at support@nationalsafety.ca for assistance. We’ll help set up individual participant accounts required for bulk purchases. If you have already made a purchase, please provide your Order Number and the User Information Intake File in your email and our support team will be in touch with you within 24 hours.
