Anthony is a seasoned investigator and senior HSE executive with 40+ years spanning law enforcement, industrial risk management, regulatory compliance, and public sector infrastructure oversight.

His expertise includes evidence management, investigative rigor, and translating incident findings into meaningful organizational learning. Heidi leads National Safety’s operations and financial strategy. With an enviable track record of building high performing finance teams and investor grade controls, she excels at delivering enterprise risk management, audit readiness, board reporting, treasury, and capital planning. Heidi has executed ERP transformations (SAP Business One, PeopleSoft/Oracle, Elite 3E, Colleague), negotiated bank financing and government programs, and instituted ISO aligned quality processes. Mike Harnett is a Human Factors professional with over 30 years’ experience across public-sector regulators and high-risk industries including transportation, energy, construction, maritime, food, healthcare, arts/entertainment, and first responders.  

With a background in safety management systems and recognized as a subject matter expert in fatigue, she builds enterprise-level human factors and fatigue risk management programs that address operational realities. 

Mike has been an advisor and consultant to various government agencies including the Canadian Standards Association, Transport Canada, and NASA. Recently, she served on a European Consortium Expert Advisory Panel for the development of operational strategies and new AI technology for improving driver performance and reduction of fatigue-related road fatalities. She is knowledgeable in the use and integration of fatigue detection and monitoring technologies including EEG devices, PVT testing, voice and eye-tracking systems, as well as personal wearable devices.

Recognized as a Top 10 Under 40 OHS Professional in Canada by OHS Magazine (2020), Carol brings more than 12 years of health, safety, and environment experience across commercial and industrial sectors, including process facilities, oil and gas, mining, manufacturing, construction, and renewable energy. She is a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP), National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO), and holds a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, along with Gold Seal Certification from the Alberta Construction Association. She has over 15 years of experience working conducting safety management system gap analyses and COR auditing in various industry sectors including oil and gas, construction, film and marine environments.     

A forward-thinking safety professional, Melissa specializes in developing and delivering effective training through Learning Management Systems (LMS). With more than 30 years of experience in occupational health, safety, and enterprise risk leadership, Shawn has worked across diverse industries and jurisdictions. For over 25 years within a large, evolving corporate environment, he held executive responsibility for health and safety performance, workers’ compensation strategy, and insurance risk governance. He helped guide the organization through significant growth and transformation, shaping systems and risk frameworks that matured alongside expanding operations.
